The city is home to the world’s best restaurant (Noma) and Chef Rasmus Koefoed who was recently awarded the prestigious Bocuse d’Or gold medal for culinary excellence. As of 2010 there are now more Michelin starred restaurants in Copenhagen than Rome, Milan, Amsterdam and Vienna and the same amount as Madrid and Berlin.
