Ovation is delighted to welcome Luciana Belfort de Almeida Santos on board as Manager of Ovation Brazil. Having previously managed the Incentive Department of one of the Largest DMCs in Rio de Janeiro, Luciana joins the Ovation team with over 25 years of experience in the meetings, incentives, conferences and events industry. Like the rest of Brazil, Luciana is crazy about football and supports Flamengo, ‘the best team of Rio’! She loves to discover new places in the city and practices yoga to unwind after a hard day at the office or on site.
