Ovation’s Vienna-based office has been recognised for their generation of ‘green and clean profits through ecological management practices that benefit both the environment and themselves’.

The 'EcoBusinessPlan Vienna' was launched in 1998 by the Vienna City Administration, Municipal Department for Environmental Protection. Through appropriate environmental management practices, enterprises in Vienna have been able to generate substantial cost savings totaling EUR 68.2 million.

Lead by Claudia Lojer, the Ovation Austria team worked closely with EcoBusinessPlan consultants to audit current environmental efforts, implement a plan of action and conduct constant progress reviews.

At the end of the process ‘EcoBusinessPlan Vienna’ awarded Ovation Austria for their impressive advancement through the programme, especially their creativity when it came to devising environmentally friendly projects.
