Ovation Global DMC has earned the prestigious Green Globe Benchmarked Bronze Certificate for its commitment to the continued improvement of environmental and social sustainability. The Green Globe programme recognizes Ovation Global DMC’s commitment to operating at the world’s highest environmental standard. In an ongoing effort to raise the bar for sustainable business practises, Ovation pursued and achieved the exacting criteria required to meet Green Globe Benchmarked Bronze level through its administrative processes in the company’s head office in Dublin.
In achieving Benchmarked Bronze Status Ovation Global DMC is committed to benchmarking its energy and water consumption, total waste production and community commitment; along with implementing an integrated environmental and social policy. In particular, Ovation Global has achieved Best Practice results by reducing paper consumption at its head quarters in Dublin by 18%, the equivalent to saving 7 trees. Under the leadership of a dedicated Green Team, the company has saved an average of 2000kg of CO2 from being released into the atmosphere each month and volunteers from Ovation Global recently contributed 18 hours of community work to the local community. These measures promote efficient practices and large cost savings, ensuring Ovation Global DMC is on the path to securing a sustainable future for the environment.
