Ovation Global DMC launches Preferred Supplier Programme

Following the successful launch of its Strategic Partner Programme in June 2009, Ovation Global DMC is delighted to announce the launch of its Preferred Supplier Programme.

 

With the goal of being in 100 destinations worldwide by 2012, Ovation’s expansion will involve a combination of wholly owned offices (currently 18 on 4 continents), strategic alliances and partnerships (now 8 in Europe, Mexico and North America) and preferred suppliers. While the wholly owned offices and strategic partnerships will be located in primary destinations and major cities, Preferred Supplier status, typically, will be awarded to a maximum of 3 pre-selected DMCs in lower tier and resort destinations.

 

Preferred Supplier status will be awarded following a rigorous screening and due diligence process involving examination of financial stability, administrative excellence, operational expertise, health and safety standards and insurance cover. A proven track record handling high touch meetings, incentives, conferences and events will also be required.

 

Both the Strategic Partner Programme and the Preferred Supplier Programme will be managed at Ovation by industry veteran and former President of Site, Hugo Slimbrouck assisted by Olivier Buton, Director of Procurement at Ovation Global DMC.
